Durston Construction Ltd were commissioned to build two commercial office buildings and a parking area.
Both the buildings are timber frame and clad in oak with red clay roof tiles. They use renewable energy, including solar panels which power all electrical appliances and devices, and a biomass boiler for the underfloor heating and heating system.
They each have a communal kitchen dining area, and multiple individual conference rooms as well as group offices. The larger of the two office buildings has a sizeable soundproof conference room with a suspended ceiling. To link the two office buildings there is a bespoke handmade oak walkway with a flat roof.
The parking area has been laid with grey block pavers with contrasting red bricks to mark out the parking bays. To help light the area at night we have handmade oak posts along the edge of the car park with lights built into them.
